Abstract We examine a scalar-tensor model of gravity that is globally scale-invariant. When adapted to spatially flat Robertson-Walker metric, the equations motion describe dynamical system flows from an unstable de Sitter space stable one. show during this transition inflation can occur. Moreover, at final fixed point, mass scale naturally emerges be identified with Planck mass. compute inflationary spectral indices and tensor perturbation we compare them observations. also study possibility primordial magnetic fields are generated inflation.
